Mont Blanc has a side you can’t see from the groomed runs. Valleys, couloirs and untouched slopes that most skiers will never reach. We know it well: our instructors and mountain guides have been taking people there for years and know exactly where to go based on the snow, the season and your level. Freeriding isn’t simply skiing off-piste: it means entering the real mountain, silent and untracked, with someone who knows it like the back of their hand.
Every route is different. Your mountain guide will help you choose the right one.
There’s no one-size-fits-all route. Some want their first time off-piste without any risk, some are looking for a narrow, steep couloir, others want a full day chasing the best snow wherever it is. Each experience is a different way of enjoying Mont Blanc: choose the one that suits you, or write to us and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
First Experience

Pavillon
A whole world opens up from the Pavillon du Mont Fréty. High altitude, light snow and routes descending toward the valley through unique scenery.
Vess Couloirs
One of the most beautiful routes in the ski area. The Vess couloirs offer steep slopes and often untouched snow, in a high-mountain setting that leaves its mark.
Dolonne Couloir
A narrow, technical couloir overlooking the village of Dolonne and the valley.
Arp Vieille
The Arp area is one of the gems of freeriding in Courmayeur. From here, wide slopes open up with excellent snow and unforgettable views of Mont Blanc.
Arp Dolonne
The most challenging option in the Arp area. Big vertical drops, wild snow and terrain that calls for solid skiers and the right guide.
